    Friday Weather Update


    Good Friday evening, snow showers are falling and will continue through the evening and overnight hours.  Some places have picked up on average around an ½”, with a few isolated higher amounts in the high elevations.  Overnight, low temperatures will be near 22°, with gusty winds up to 25 mph.  For Saturday, the snow will end for many, as we get into a lull in the activity, there could even be some spots that see some sunshine.  High temperatures will be in the low to mid 30’s. Clouds will thicken up by the evening hours with more snow, some heavy at times, moves in for Saturday night and Sunday morning.  Expect an additional 1-3” with this band.  For Sunday, snow showers will continue.  An additional 1-3” can be expected.  Temperatures will be near 30°, with overnight lows in the teens.  Watch out for black ice.  Snow will continue into Monday morning, with some clearing by the afternoon hours.  We start dry for Tuesday, but another cold front will move in and bring a mix and transition to all snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Tuesday, temperatures will be a little warmer in the low to mid 40’s. #wvwx
